For one night, we’ll open bottles we’ve been keeping aside: rare agave spirits, not often seen, and even less often shared.
Mycol will guide the evening, not as a presentation, but as a conversation.
Sharing the stories behind these spirits, the people who make them, and how they express themselves in the glass.
Alongside this, food will move through the night, simple, thoughtful, and in rhythm with what’s being poured.
The idea is not to taste, but to experience.
To slow down, to sit together, and to share something that feels closer to being in a small palenque in Mexico than a bar in Burleigh.
This is about people, craft, and agave.
